All the lenses have UV400 protection, 100%UV block distortion-free and shatter resistant lenses, anti-fog treatment, Polycarbonate + propionate double lens combo with anti-scratch protection,

perforated frame for increased ventilation PU injected triple density foam for maximum face comfort.

Ultimate strap jacquard 42mm with double clip for adjustment with internal grip for a better grip on the helmet, abrasion-free poly bag for lens protection and cleaning.

Happypowder HCL lenses are manufactured using a multi-layer process that combines:

1. BASE MATERIAL

Purified polycarbonate with high impact resistance and 100% UV protection.

The lenses are injection-molded to ensure precise optical curvature, preventing visual distortions.

2. COLORING

The crimson base shade is achieved by mixing metallic oxides and pigments directly into the polycarbonate before injection, forming the raw “tegolino” shape that will later be milled.

Unlike surface-applied tints that fade over time, this process ensures a uniform and long-lasting color throughout the lens.

3. LAYERING WITH HAPPYPOWDER HCL FILTERS

Happypowder HCL technology selectively filters specific wavelengths of light.

◦ For the Happypowder HCL Crimson, targeted spectral filters regulate the amount of red, blue, and green light reaching the eye.

This is achieved through a multi-layer coating applied in a vacuum chamber.

By manipulating the atomic structure, the filters are integrated directly into the polycarbonate molecules, meaning the effect will not fade or wash away over time.

4. ANTI-REFLECTIVE & ANTI-FOG COATING

The lens is treated with hydrophobic coatings to prevent snow, ice, or moisture from affecting visibility.

ENHANCED TONES

Happypowder HCL Crimson lenses boost colors that help distinguish details in the snow, specifically:

• Red & Orange → Improve perception of snow relief and shadow contrast.

• Blue & Violet → Help differentiate flat light conditions.
